Visa Tech follows a transparent refund policy. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivery. Once documentation work has commenced, drafted, reviewed, or delivered, service fees may be partially or fully non-refundable due to the professional time and resources involved. If a client chooses to discontinue before work begins, a refund may be processed after deducting administrative charges. Any refund request must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed according to the agreed service terms.
